Balaji Prime is a real-estate marketplace operated by Balaji Associates (“we”, “us”). We help people buy, sell, and rent property and connect interested buyers and tenants with property owners.

• Enquiry details you submit through a property enquiry or callback form — your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, and any message, along with the property you enquired about.
• Account details if you register — name, phone, email, and the listings you create.
• Basic technical data such as the page you submitted a form from, used to route your enquiry to the right consultant.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about relevant properties.
• To pass your enquiry to the property owner or our sales consultants.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We only collect what we need to help with your property requirement.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are stored in our internal system and mirrored into a private Google Workspace spreadsheet used only by our authorised sales team for follow-up. Access is restricted to named staff. Google acts as a data processor for that spreadsheet under its own terms.

Retention & your choices

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to assist you and for our legitimate business records. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact us at the number or email listed on the site and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
